Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Billi is a female 2 yr old (born around 2022) female mix breed, our best guess is spaniel/pomeranian, but maybe with some terrier, chihuahua, doxie and aussie or all of the above. She is about 15 lbs and very sweet. Billi was originally found with 2 puppies, she was turned into the shelter, her puppies were adopted but she was not, we got her out of the shelter and she was very sick with pneumonia. Thankfully she has recovered and is doing so well now. We expect she will be ready for adoption early to mid March. She is very sweet, loves attention and so cute. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested is may be a candidate for long distance adoption. We only make consider long distance adoptions for dogs who have been in our rescue for 6 plus months with no local candidates. If you are interested in adopting one of our rescues, please visit our main website for adoption procedures at www.pupsandpals.net and then fill out our application. We do not have a shelter/kennel. Our pets are fostered/boarded all over LA and Orange County. This pet is altered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had a brief temperament evaluation to help us determine what type of a home he/she would thrive in. Please note that we put lots of time and effort to make sure our pets are ready to be someone's perfect pet before they go home.... and to make sure that we will have the best possible match for this pet we do require an : application, interview, adoption fee and in some case a home check. Listed for adoption: 2/22/24 Adoption fee: $400 PLEASE DO NOT call or email to see if a pet is available. We update our pages daily so if he/she is pictured here in the available dogs section, we are accepting applications at this time. View full description »

Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Chiquis is a female 4-5 year old chihuahua mix, maybe with rat terrier or doxie. Chiquis is very sweet, loving, likes to follow people around and is very attentive. Chiquis is 11 lbs with very cute freckles. Chiquis came to us with a smaller left eye thats a bit cloudy. To the best of what we can tell it looks like an old injury and whatever site she has in that eye is very limited but that does not stop her from being amazing. She is good on the leash and such a sweet girl. She had a dental cleaning too. Chiquis is very attentive to people and while she can live with dogs, she would do great as an only dog too. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested is may be a candidate for long distance adoption. Please read the dog's entire bio before you contact us. This pet is a courtesy listing through our rescue and not in our care so we do not have any further information. If you would like to learn more about him or to meet him please email joshua.vega9234@gmail.com. Zeke is a male 3.5 year old neutered pitty mix. He is housebroken, playful when outside and calm inside. Zeke is timid with new people but warms up in a little time. Zeke is good with older children and has some minor allergies. The reason he is being rehomed is that he is not getting along with the other pet in the home. He would do best as an only dog or possibly with a submissive housemate. This pet is altered and vaccinated. Listed for adoption: 5/23/23 Adoption fee is $150 View full description »

Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Tennyson is a male 20 lb mix breed, he looks like a small border collie/spaniel type. He is about 1.5 years old and very sweet. Tennyson is good on the leash, social, outgoing and sweet with other dogs. Tennyson is a good little house pet who loves playtime and would do best with a doggy buddy. We would prefer to place him in a home with a doggy playmate but will consider a home where someone is home a lot and enjoys lots of outgoings including some with other dogs. He gets a little car sick with long rides but is getting better, he sure does love shorter outings and the beach. Tennyson would prefer a home without small children. Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but will contact the one that is a good match within 3 days. Brewster is a male 2 yr old, 20 lb pug mix.... either puggle (pug /beagle) or chug (pug/chihuahua). Brewster is a timid boy, he gets scared easily of new places and new people but in a home he is a very sweet boy. He does better on anti anxiety medications as he gets overly stimulated and reactive. He will need a dog savy home willing to take their time with him, slow but constant socialization, training, patience. He is very clingy once he decides to trust you (and it doesnt take long at all). A nice calm/social dog may help him by showing him appropriate behavior. Because he is so fearful a home without children is best as visiting friends may be too much for now. He is pretty good on the leash, loves to walk or run in quiet places and very cute. He enjoys getting in the car for rides too. Brewster loves the company of other dogs and gets along with them so well. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. If you do not live within a 2 hr drive of Orange County, please email us before applying to see if the dog you are interested is may be a candidate for long distance adoption.
