Fluffy is a courtesy listing for a private party. She is not in our rescue, if you are interested in meeting her please email sophiaortega8@gmail.com. This is Annie! She is a rescue from the shelter and is about 1 year old. She looks like a corgi/beagle. Her favorite things to do are going to the beach and playing in her kiddie pool. She loves food and getting bones to chew on. She is extremely loyal, she makes me feel protected on our walks. Sticking her head out the car window is a must for this girl and sitting right on top of me (cuddling) while watching tv at night. One of her favorite activities is playing fetch at the park and going to the coffee shop to get matcha! Annie has a long body and short legs, she walks into a room and everyone looks. Annie gets along with dogs, preferably bigger ones, and is good at ignoring dogs on walks/doesn’t get reactive. Sometimes she’ll need a correction but she’s very smart. This dog is spayed and vaccinated and housetrained. Listed: 8/16/24 Adoption fee: $150 View full description »

Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Lafayette is a male 1-2 year old apricot poodle. He is around 9 lbs now but really should fill out closer to 10.5 lbs. Lafayett was found on the streets in horrible shape, literally matted all over in a way that had to be shaved down with a surgical blade. He seems to be a purebred as his tail is even docked. He is very active, gooffy, playful, loves people and attention. He will require a home that loves to play, has time for a busy young dog and has the funds for the frequent grooming this breed requires. He had to be shaved very short but in 6 weeks he will have a great curly coat. He is great with other dogs and loves to play fetch. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Arthur is a male 7-8 year old english yellow lab. He is 80 lbs of love and is a sweet, low key boy who loves saying hello, following you around and napping close by. He was found in pretty rough shape, with fly strike (flies chewing at his ears). He seems to have had some sort of an injury a long time ago and one of his hips was pushed out of the socket and healed that way. He has learned to deal with it and its been too long to try to fix it as he gets around fine, just has a limp. He should be on permanent joint supplements and we also started him on librella for his joints, if its successsful then that would need to be continues at his new home. Despite it all, he is very sweet, loving, gentle and an amazing dog. We know someone out there wants a dog who is happy with just a short walk around the block. He lvoes kids/dogs and his tail never stops wagging. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. Lita is a female 1.5 yr pup. She is 11-12 lbs and looks like a doxie mix, or a terrier mix. She has cute short legs and great ears. Lita spent some time on the streets till she was trapped by a good samaritan. She is scared of new places/people but warms up quickly and gives gentle kissaes. Lita would do best in a quiter home that will allow her to come around at her own pace. Lita does have luxating patellas, so she does "hop" on them once in a while. At this time its not causing her discomfort and she gets around really well. Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but if your application appears to be a good match for the dog we will reach out within 3 days. Tellie is a female 6 lb little terrier mix. We dont know much about her past but based on the shape what she was in when picked up by animal control, she did not have a great first home. Tellie is very sweet and social, she is tiny and loves being held and sitting on laps. She looks to be 7-8 years old. She had a dental and a few teeth pulled but if course that doesnt stop her. She is fun, loves every human including children and is bossy with other dogs who get in her face. Tellie is the perfect purse pup and is also good on the leash and in the car. Most of our dogs are not available to an out of the area adoption because of difficulty to follow up. Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply. Sadly, we are no longer able to respond to every application, but will contact the one that is a good match within 3 days. Brewster is a male 2 yr old, 20 lb pug mix.... either puggle (pug /beagle) or chug (pug/chihuahua). Brewster is a timid boy, he gets scared easily of new places and new people but in a home he is a very sweet boy. He does better on anti anxiety medications as he gets overly stimulated and reactive. He will need a dog savy home willing to take their time with him, slow but constant socialization, training, patience. He is very clingy once he decides to trust you (and it doesnt take long at all). A nice calm/social dog may help him by showing him appropriate behavior. Because he is so fearful a home without children is best as visiting friends may be too much for now. He is pretty good on the leash, loves to walk or run in quiet places and very cute. He enjoys getting in the car for rides too. Brewster loves the company of other dogs and gets along with them so well. Please read the dog's entire bio before you apply.
